Nor, shall we provide such information to parties deemed not to have the users best interests at heart. GIE reserves the right to make this judgement, and registering with Commercial Dealer implies agreement form the user.
• We allow users to opt out at any time from receiving e-mail messages from GIE Media and GIE Media sponsors and/or business partners and from having demographic information shared with GIE Media sponsors and/or business partners.
• We allow users to access their user profiles and change information as they deem necessary.

Since this policy may change over time as we modify and/or expand our service, we suggest you check back periodically to understand how we treat your information. If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post the new policy online. Your continued use of Commercial Dealer constitutes your agreement to this policy. Continued use of Commercial Dealer after any posted policy changes, constitutes your agreement to any such changes.
